Return Authorization Required

Please do not send any products back without first contacting us. All returns must be approved in advance.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Window

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.

Returned items must be clean, complete, and free from damage, wear, contamination, or chemical exposure.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Opened or used PPE
• Used gloves, coveralls, respirator items, or safety products
• Items exposed to chemicals, jobsite debris, or contamination
• Special-order items
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Items damaged after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at sales@sprayfoamgear.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect item being shipped.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The fastest way to receive the item you need is to contact us first. If an exchange is approved, we will provide instructions based on the item and availability.
