At Spray Foam Gear, we know that fast, reliable shipping matters. Our customers depend on quality spray foam supplies, PPE, tools, and replacement parts to keep jobs moving, and we work hard to process orders as quickly as possible.

We offer FREE standard shipping on qualifying orders of $59 or more shipped within the continental United States.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Many orders placed before our daily shipping cutoff may ship the same business day.

Orders placed after the daily shipping cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

Free Shipping

Spray Foam Gear offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $59 or more shipped within the continental United States.

Some oversized, heavy, hazardous, freight, special-order, or excluded items may not qualify for free shipping. If any exclusions apply, they may be shown on the product page, in the cart, or during checkout.

Orders Under $59

For orders under $59, shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the items ordered, package dimensions, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers, including:

• UPS
• USPS
• Other qualified parcel or freight carriers when appropriate

Carrier selection may depend on package size, weight, destination, service availability, and the most efficient delivery method.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking details.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may vary based on location, weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

While we work hard to ship orders quickly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages. This may happen when items are packaged separately, ship from different locations, or require different shipping methods.

If your order ships in multiple packages, tracking information will be provided when available.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Spray Foam Gear is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment appears lost, damaged, or arrives with missing items, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Photos of damaged packaging or products, if applicable
