Ordering & Shipping

Do you offer same-day shipping?

Yes! Most in-stock orders placed before our daily carrier pickup time ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff typically ship the next business day.

How will I know when my order ships?

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your shipment from our warehouse to your door.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

Depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order, we ship using UPS, USPS, and other trusted carriers.

Do you ship throughout the United States?

Yes. We proudly ship spray foam supplies, PPE, replacement parts, and accessories nationwide.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes, many unused items may be returned. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Can used PPE be returned?

No. For health and safety reasons, used or opened personal protective equipment (PPE) cannot be returned.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email us as soon as possible with photos of the package and damaged product. We'll work with you to determine the best solution.


Products

Do you sell spray foam chemicals?

No. Spray Foam Gear specializes in the equipment, PPE, replacement parts, accessories, and tools used by spray foam insulation professionals. We do not sell spray foam chemicals.

Can you help me identify the correct replacement part?

Absolutely. If you have a part number, equipment model, or even a photo of the part, contact us and we'll do our best to help identify the correct replacement.

Do you sell genuine replacement parts?

We carry both OEM and high-quality replacement parts depending on the product. Product descriptions identify the type whenever applicable.

Do you sell to homeowners?

Yes. While many of our customers are professional spray foam contractors, homeowners are welcome to purchase from Spray Foam Gear as well.


Spray Foam Equipment

I'm not sure which respirator cartridge I need. Can you help?

Yes. Contact us with your respirator model and the application you're using it for, and we'll help you determine the appropriate cartridge.

Can you help me troubleshoot equipment issues?

We'll gladly assist when we can and may be able to recommend replacement parts or maintenance items based on the symptoms you're experiencing.

Do you carry O-rings?

Yes. Spray Foam Gear carries a large selection of O-rings and replacement seals for many common spray foam applications.

Do you sell spray foam saws?

Yes. We offer professional spray foam saws designed for trimming cured foam quickly and efficiently.
