Why Is My Spray Foam Gun Clogging? 8 Common Causes and How to Prevent Them

Few things are more frustrating on a spray foam job than pulling the trigger and discovering your gun isn't spraying properly.

A clogged or partially restricted spray foam gun can produce poor patterns, reduce output, waste material, and bring production to a stop. And while cleaning the gun may get you spraying again, the more important question is:

1. Material Buildup in the Mixing Chamber
