Shipping

For International shipments, any and all costs imposed by local, state or national governments regarding import/border fees, taxes, duty, exise, brokerage etc shall be the reponsiblility of the consignee upon import or at the time of delivery. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Online Guarantee

Spray Foam Gear will give a store credit for the cost of your unused returned products for up to 5 days after the purchase (does not include shipping costs and items must be in unused, re-saleable condition). If it's our mistake, your shipping costs will also be refunded. Spray Foam Gear will quickly replace or exchange any unused product that does not perform the function or use that it was designed for up to 5 days after the purchase (not including normal wear and tear of the item after usage).

Policies for Returns

Spray Foam Gear will provide exchanges free of shipping for the following reasons:

UPS mis-delivered the order (not customer's fault).

(please call before ordering if you have questions on sizing).

Order was called, faxed, or mailed in and a miscommunication caused the incorrect product to be invoiced and shipped.

Note: You would be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Spray Foam Gear will provide exchanges with no restocking charges for the following reasons:

Customer entered incorrect address on order.
Item was ordered, processed, then shipped and customer tried to cancel or change order while in transit.

Note: You would be responsible for shipping the item back to us and the return shipping costs back to yourself (if applicable).

Spray Foam Gear will provide exchanges free of shipping and pay for the return postage for the following reasons:

Incorrect product was shipped.
Product has a manufacturing defect and is un-usable.

Note: We will enter the return labels at our costs; however, the items need be set aside for UPS pickup.

General Note:

Customer agrees that refunds are not provided. We will issue a store credit only for the cost of the un-used re-sellable merchandise. Scaffolds, tools, saws, and blades cannot be returned even if they are unopened.

Return Procedures

If you need to return or replace an item, the first step is to apply for a return/exchange authorization # at this link, be sure to have your receipt and order #: Return/Exchange Authorization Form

Once the form has been submitted we will send you back a return authorization within next 1-2 days.

Simply print out the e-mail we return & Return Authorization # and enclose all the return information inside the package. Then send the products to the address below (if applicable):

For your protection, be sure to use a UPS or FedEx method that has a tracking number.

That's it. Once we receive the items, we will make the adjustment or exchange and then send the confirmation to your e-mail address. Generally credits and exchanges are made within 3-4 business days.

We want to make sure all of your orders meet your satisfaction. If there is a problem, please just let us know. We will do out best to correct the situation.

Shipping Policy

Spray Foam Gear wants to ensure that your products arrive on time, and in good shape. We ship items from several warehouses in the USA. To that end, Spray Foam Gear uses UPS or other ground delivery for most commercial orders. Use the following link for an estimated delivery date: Calculate Time and Cost (opens in a new window).

We do not normally ship orders to a military FPO, APO, AE address, or shipments to a PO box. If you do not have a physical address for UPS deliveries, please call and we can make other arrangements for delivery by ordering over the phone.

Spray Foam Gear strives to ship orders received by 11:00am EST the same day, otherwise they will be shipped the following business day. Our shipping department will e-mail you a tracking number for UPS orders. If your order will not be able to ship within two days, Spray Foam Gear will e-mail or call you with approximate shipping times. If you have any other shipping questions please just give us a call. Shipping - Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Spray Foam Gear are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Spray Foam Gear is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from shipment. Our responsibility ceases when goods are delivered to the transport company. All claims for losses in transit should be filed with the carrier.
